Returns Policy

Items purchased at 2dehandsfietsenwinkel.nl can in most cases be returned within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you can try and assess the products as you would in a physical store. If you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage. You may remove products from the packaging unless the packaging is sealed. If you choose to return products, we ask you to notify us in advance by sending an email to: info@2dehandsfietsenwinkel.nl. Processing of your return

After we have received your return, we will begin assessing the returned items and processing your refund. Your money will be refunded to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense and amount to €50 for orders from the Netherlands and €70 for orders from Belgium. When returning a new bicycle, in addition to the usual transport costs, we also charge €50 for making the bicycle ready for use.
