How are the bicycles made ready to ride?

Every bicycle receives a major maintenance service carried out by one of our mechanics.

If necessary, the bicycle then goes to the cleaning and painting department. The bicycle is then photographed and placed on the website.

When a bicycle is ordered, the bicycle is checked again and any accessories are mounted on the bicycle.

What to do if there is a problem with my bicycle?

Can I exchange or return my bicycle free of charge?

If you return the bicycle yourself to our showroom, the exchange or return is free of charge. If you want us to exchange or collect the bicycle, transport costs of €50 will apply for orders from the Netherlands.

You will be charged €70 for collecting or exchanging a bicycle in Belgium.

When exchanging or returning a new bicycle, in addition to the usual transport costs, we also charge €50 for making the bicycle ready for use. We will also charge these costs if you return the new bicycle yourself.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by sending an email to We recommend that you report a cancellation as soon as possible. As long as a bicycle has not yet been shipped, cancellation will be made free of charge.

Once the bicycle has been picked up by the carrier, we will have to charge €50 for orders from the Netherlands. For orders from Belgium this is €70.

Is there a warranty on the bicycles?

Yes, the bicycles always come with a one-month warranty.

Are there lights on the bicycles?

Almost all our bicycles are equipped with working front and rear lights. You can read in the product description whether a bicycle has lighting.

Are the bicycles ready for use?

All our bicycles are delivered 100% ready to ride. You don't have to do anything yourself and you can start cycling immediately after receiving the bicycle.

How do I buy a bicycle?

This can be done in two ways;

You can order the bicycle online on our website and the bicycle will be delivered to you within 3 working days (for new bicycles within 5 working days).

You can also visit our showroom and buy the bicycle on site.

How do we get our bicycles?

We buy our bicycles from various large bicycle shops. We also buy bicycles from municipalities with which we have a cooperation contract. We also obtain bicycles through trade-in.

Could there be a stolen bicycle?

All our bicycles are registered and checked for theft. The frame numbers have been checked. It is not possible for you to find a stolen bicycle with us.

Who delivers the bicycles?

Orders outside Rotterdam are delivered by an external carrier. Orders from Rotterdam and the immediate area are delivered by our own driver. Regardless of who delivers the bicycle, your bicycle will always be delivered ready to ride.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time of second-hand bicycles to the Netherlands and Belgium is 3 working days. If you order a new bicycle, the delivery time is 5 working days. Orders from Germany and France are delivered within 5 working days.

Can I also pick up the bicycle?

It is possible to collect the bicycle you have ordered yourself. You can choose the pick-up option when placing the order. As soon as your bicycle is ready for collection, you will receive an email about this. It usually takes 24 hours until you can collect your bicycle.

Are you a webshop or store? is both a webshop and a store. You can also view and try out our wide range of bicycles in our showroom.

Can I trade in my old bicycle?

Trading in a bicycle is only possible at our showroom. If the bicycle needs to be delivered, it is unfortunately not possible to trade in your old bicycle. If you want to get rid of your old bicycle (without compensation), you can give it to the driver.
